Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items, such as chemicals, opened detergents, fabric softeners, and starch sprays, are excluded from the return policy.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at info@almuntazargt.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide your order details and reason for return.
  • We will guide you through the return process and arrange for pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • We may request photos of the damaged product to expedite the process.
  • In such cases, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within the 7-day return period for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened chemical products, bulk detergents, or items damaged due to improper use.
  • Gift cards, clearance items, or opened hygiene products.

This policy complies with UAE Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
